Payroll outsourcing, i.e. a comprehensive service for companies in terms of so-called HR and payroll administration which means taking over the ongoing management of the company’s personnel records, as well as calculation of the employees’ salaries. As parts of its external HR and payroll administration, FUTUREA offers a package of the following services:

  • Entering and ongoing updates of data in the FUTUREA PAY CENTER electronic HR and payroll system that allows for effective communication between the company and the client as well as access to selected functions online;
  • Opening, ongoing updates, and archiving the company’s employee personnel files;
  • Managing processes of calculating and paying remunerations resulting from employment contracts and civil law contracts;
  • Drawing up reports for the accounting and financial system of the client’s company;
  • Reporting to and corresponding with the following authorities: ZUS [Social Insurance Institution], US [Tax Office], PFRON [State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People], GUS [Main Statistical Office], PIP [Chief Labour Inspectorate];
  • Substantive assistance during official audit procedures;
  • assistance and consultancy in terms of drawing up corporate work regulations and salary regulations;
  • consulting in terms of the currently applicable provisions of the labour law.
